We ship only to USA destinations.

All purchases over $75.00 receive Free Shipping.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation on every order.

Orders under $75.00 – a $7.00 shipping fee will apply – Please allow 5-7 days shipping time. Please contact us if you would like an order expedited.

Custom Order Information:

We would enjoy creating something special just for you! Maybe select a similar style of one you have seen here and customize it, or send us your own special design idea to use. Heres how:

1. Email your request with a DETAILED description to: darlene@touchofalohajewelry.com

2. We will review your request and should get back to you within 24-48 hours with a quote and approximate time of completion.

3. We require a 50% deposit to get started following your agreement to the order.

4. Photos of the completed piece(s) will be emailed to you for your final approval.

5. Once final approval is confirmed, the balance in full will be required before shipping. We do not accept returns on any customized pieces.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items sold by Touch Of Aloha Jewelry. We offer a full refund on returned items within 10 days of delivery. All returns must be preauthorized by calling: 1-808-640-4995. Please be sure to carefully package all returned items so they arrive in the same condition they were sent.

We cannot accept returns of certain items including:

1. Any item returned after the 10 day period. 2. Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging. 3. Any customized orders.

To return items please include the following:

1. A copy of your invoice with amount of return. 2. Authorization number.
